These terms cover use of this website only. Client engagements are governed separately by the services agreements signed for that work, and nothing on this website varies a signed agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use our Sites. We may modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Sites after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites, without notice, where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
Who These Terms Are With
The Sites are operated by Devsinc LLC and the Devsinc group of companies (“Devsinc,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Devsinc operates across multiple jurisdictions, and the specific contracting entity for any engagement is identified in the services agreement for that engagement, not on this website.
Permitted Use of the Sites
Users may download pages or other content for their own personal use on a single computer, but no part of such content may be otherwise or subsequently reproduced, downloaded, disseminated, or transferred, in any form or by any means, except with the prior written agreement of, and with express attribution to, Devsinc.
Deep-linking to pages within our Sites, or framing, mirroring or embedding our Sites or their content, is not permitted without our prior written authorisation.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Sites to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Sites; scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact data, including for the purpose of training machine-learning models, except as expressly permitted in writing; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; upload malicious code; or use the Sites in violation of any applicable law.

Nothing on the Sites transfers or licenses any intellectual property to you. Ownership of intellectual property created in the course of a client engagement, including source code and deliverables, is determined solely by the services agreement covering that engagement.
Where our Sites describe work delivered for a client, that description does not grant any right in the client’s intellectual property, nor in ours.
Third-Party Names, Marks and Partner Certifications
Third-party names, logos and marks appearing on the Sites — including those of Microsoft, Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon Web Services and others — are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the platforms on which we hold certifications or deliver work. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of Devsinc by those owners beyond the partner status expressly described.
Partner tiers, certification counts and delivery figures described on the Sites reflect our position at the date of publication and may change.
Our Products and Applications
Devsinc builds and operates its own products and applications, including applications distributed through third-party marketplaces such as the Shopify App Store. Use of any such product or application is governed by the terms and privacy notice published for that product, not by these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing, plan features and availability described on the Sites are indicative and may change without notice.
Client Engagements, Proposals and Enquiries
Submitting a form, requesting an assessment, or otherwise contacting us through the Sites does not create a client relationship, and does not oblige either party to enter one. No proposal, estimate, timeline or price communicated through the Sites is binding.
A client relationship arises only on execution of a written services agreement. Please do not send confidential, privileged or personal-data-bearing material through website forms; use the contact routes agreed in your engagement instead.
Submissions, Feedback and Unsolicited Ideas
We welcome feedback, but we cannot accept confidential or proprietary submissions through the Sites. Any comment, suggestion or idea you send us through the Sites is provided on a non-confidential basis, and you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it without restriction or compensation.
We may already be working on something similar, and nothing in this section obliges us to keep any unsolicited submission confidential.
Case Studies, Metrics and Forward-Looking Statements
Case studies, performance figures and client outcomes published on the Sites describe results achieved in specific circumstances. They are illustrative and are not a prediction, warranty or guarantee of the results any other engagement will achieve.

Export Controls and Sanctions
You may not use the Sites, or receive services from Devsinc, in violation of applicable export control, economic sanctions or anti-boycott laws.
